  • How do I book an appointment?
The easiest way to book an appointment is to fill in the form on our 'Contact' page. We will email you back and organise an appointment that suits you. We will ask you what area you live in and where you enjoy being such as the beach or a local park. If you prefer you can phone, email, or text us directly. You'll find our contact details on our 'Contact' page.
  • How long are the counselling sessions?
Individual and Couples counselling sessions are usually 50 minutes per session. Sometimes due to practicalities different durations can be negotiated in advance. For example, 50 minutes can go quite fast during couples counselling sessions and a 90 minute or 2 hour session can feel more useful. Please note; for a longer session time prices will change.
  • How do I pay for my session?
You will recieve an attached invoice, along with the confirmation email of your booking information. The invoice must be paid within 48 hours of the counselling session.
  • Do I still need to pay if I cancel my appointment?
If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we request you call or text as soon as possible. Your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to this appointment time. Cancellations must be done 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. A ‘no show’ refers to a cancelled appointment without 24 hours notice in advance. No shows inconvenience everyone, especially if the counsellor has travelled to the scheduled ‘Walk & Talk’ destination. A failure to present at the time of a scheduled appointment is recorded in our appointment schedule as a ‘no show’. The client will be contacted and will have the opportunity to reschedule. However, if there is a second ‘no show’ in any future scheduled sessions, the client will be billed the cost of a full counselling session.
